We respectfully remind you that a confirmed booking is a legally binding contract.
Payment methods:
Payment can be made by: Master Card, Visa, Maestro, Electron, Switch and cash (UK sterling).
Payment made via credit card incurs a 3% charge.
Reservations
A deposit of £35.00 per person is required at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable only where it is not possible to re-let the accommodation. Your booking is confirmed as soon as a deposit has been paid.
To secure a booking by credit/debit card:
When making the booking, simply provide us with full card details, these are held as security against your booking. NO charge is made to your card (except for your deposit) unless you breach our cancellation policy. If for any reason you need to cancel your booking, we will refund your monies in line with our cancellation policy.
Cancellation policy:
- Failure to cancel up to 7 days: Full charge of holiday
- Notice to cancel within 14 days of arrival: 65% charge of holiday
- 14 days or more notice to cancel: Loss of deposit
- Leaving early: You will be charged for the complete duration of your booking - even if you leave early.
Holiday Insurance is recommended
